At Willow + Sage, my mission goes beyond a service — it is a promise. I wholeheartedly believe that every family deserves to feel fully supported, informed, and empowered throughout the beautiful — and sometimes challenging — journey of motherhood. I am dedicated to being that calm presence, that wise voice, and that helping hand walking beside you, honouring your experience and celebrating every milestone.
I created Willow + Sage with the vision of offering a space where genuine empathy meets evidence-based knowledge. Here, your holistic wellbeing comes first. I provide personalised support so you can embrace motherhood with confidence, grounding, and joy.

I was first drawn to this work after giving birth to my first son in 1999, where I realized the importance of emotional support right from the start. Over the following 9 years I assisted at a preschool working with children 2-5 years of age. Learning so much from monthly education classes which entailed learning from experts on topics about children’s development, wellbeing and growth. From my time there I discovered the necessity of nurturing both parent and child, bringing me to train with DONA International. I became a postpartum Doula because I feel passionate about nonjudgemental support & care for families after childbirth. The first few weeks following the birth of a child can be an exciting but overwhelming time. Empowering parents to find confidence in their new role has been my joy for 14 years!
